How do I order a text message from the Tooth Fairy?

Ordering is simple and can be done in four steps…

  1. Choose the theme of your text from our available list.
  2. Fill in the form to personalise your message.
  3. Schedule your message to a specific date/time or choose to have it sent immediately on payment.
  4. Confirm and Pay. Check that your message is correct before continuing to payment.

How do the texts work?

During the ordering process you will need to input the number of the mobile phone number you wish your Tooth Fairy text to be delivered to. When the message arrives on the phone, instead of displaying a from number, it will show as from “Tooth Fairy”.

PLEASE NOTE: It is not possible to reply to one of our Tooth Fairy messages.

Can I order from outside of the United Kingdom?

Currently this is only a UK based service. We are however looking at extending to more countries in the near future.

How much does the Tooth Fairy message cost?

Our messages cost just 99p and can be purchased using a debit card, credit card or with PayPal.

Do I need a PayPal account to order?

No. Although you can use your PayPal account to pay for your personalised message, if you aren’t signed up, you can still pay through PayPal using a credit or debit card.

Is ordering secure?

Yes. Your payment is processed using high level encryption via PayPal. Even we can’t see your payment details.

I’ve had an issue with my order, how do I contact you?

We recommend using our contact page to submit a question or enquiry. We aim to respond within 24 hours although this may be slightly longer during busy periods.
